The positive effects of e-Publicity Portal 2.0 development can be explained in four (4) main stages :-
1. NATIONAL / COUNTRY LEVEL
- Support the development of the Government Transformation Program by increasing the level of national competitiveness through efficient and fast delivery of government services.
- Making public services first class in the world.
2. STATE LEVEL
- Supporting PLANMalaysia's Vision and Mission by being a leader in urban and rural planning towards a quality, prosperous and sustainable life by 2020.
- Driving comprehensive, systematic and innovative development planning towards community well-being.
- Encouraging the use of ICT technology in popularizing digital services.
3. DEPARTMENT LEVEL
- Speeding up the process of responding to feedback submitted by customers / 'stakeholders' within 24 hours.
- Reduce the use of printing materials (paper, ink and printer).
Save the use of office space (document storage room).
- Can provide more efficient services and facilitate the management of the Publicity Program (e-Publicity 2.0) online.
4. LEVEL OF PUBLIC PEOPLE
- Provide facilities to all levels of society (customers / 'stakeholders') to access the e-Publicity 2.0 Portal.
- Customers / 'stakeholders' also need to browse the PLANMalaysia website directly to be able to follow the latest developments related to other Development Plans found in the Portal.
